DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation)

Call for Pricing

The theory of this equipment is to inject high pressure air into the dissolved tank in order to let the pressured return flow be filled with saturated air. When the pressure releases in the inlet pipe, the saturated air will discharge tiny bubbles. The bubbles will adhere to the surface of the floc and lift the floc to the surface, leading to solid-liquid separation result. Due to the flotation of the floc, it will cause floc to squeeze in, resulting in a sludge concentration effect. Therefore, there is no need to have a sludge concentration tank by using this equipment.
